Food & Allergen Information
Last updated: May 2026
Food safety and clear allergen information are important to Curry Club Sweden.
Please read the information on this page together with the product page, ingredient list, allergen information, and packaging before ordering or using any product.
Product type
Curry Club Sweden products may include dry spice mixes, curry kits, recipe cards, sauces, and related food products.
Each product will include specific ingredient and allergen information on the product page and/or packaging.
Ingredients
Ingredients are listed for each product where required.
Because recipes may be updated over time, always check the latest ingredient information before ordering and again when you receive the product.
If the information on the website and the packaging differ, use the information on the product packaging as the most up-to-date source.
Allergens
Allergens will be clearly identified where they are intentionally included in a product.
Depending on the product, allergens may include, but are not limited to:
- Mustard
- Celery
- Sesame
- Nuts
- Peanuts
- Milk
- Gluten-containing cereals
- Soya
- Sulphites
Not every product contains these allergens. Please check the individual product information carefully.
Cross-contamination notice
Our products are prepared, packed, or handled in an environment where allergens may be present.
Although we take care with ingredient handling and packing, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from traces of allergens unless this is clearly stated on the individual product.
If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Dietary suitability
Product pages may indicate whether a product is suitable for certain diets, such as vegetarian or vegan.
Dietary suitability depends on the recipe, ingredients, and how the product is prepared at home. Please check each product carefully before ordering.
Some recipes require customers to add fresh ingredients such as meat, vegetables, yoghurt, cream, butter, oil, tomatoes, onions, garlic, or ginger. These customer-added ingredients are not included in the allergen information for the kit unless specifically stated.
Spice level
Spice level is provided as a general guide only.
Final heat level can vary depending on preparation, portion size, added ingredients, cooking time, and personal taste.
Where possible, our recipe instructions will explain how to adjust heat level at home.
Storage
Store products according to the storage instructions on the packaging.
Dry spice mixes should normally be stored sealed, cool, dry, and away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, use the product according to the packaging instructions and best-before information.
Best-before date
Best-before dates are shown on the product packaging where required.
A best-before date relates to product quality rather than immediate food safety. However, products should always be stored correctly and not used if the packaging is damaged, contaminated, or the product appears spoiled.
Preparation at home
Curry Club Sweden products are intended for home cooking.
Always follow the recipe card or preparation instructions provided.
Make sure fresh ingredients such as chicken, meat, seafood, vegetables, or dairy are stored, handled, and cooked safely.
For poultry and meat, ensure the food is cooked thoroughly before serving.
Children and spice
Some products may be spicy. Please check the spice level before serving to children or people sensitive to chilli, pepper, or strong spices.
